We are confident in the quality of our coaching. But if after attending your first session you feel MediBrain UK is not the right fit for you, simply let us know within 7 days and we will refund your full payment — no questions asked, no awkward conversations.
Session 1 Satisfaction Guarantee
At MediBrain UK we believe you should feel completely confident before committing to a full programme. That is why we offer a full, unconditional refund to any student who attends their first programme session and decides it is not the right fit for them.
This guarantee applies to all MediBrain UK programmes, including:
- 12-Week Medical Interview Preparation Programme
- UCAT Preparation Programme
- A-Level Support Programme
- UCAS Personal Statement Coaching
- University Consultation
- Medical Admissions Support
- Any other group coaching programme offered by MediBrain UK Ltd
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund under our Session 1 Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- You have attended (or attempted to attend) your first scheduled session of the programme.
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the date of Session 1.
- Payment was made directly to MediBrain UK Ltd via our official payment channels.
- The request is made by the person who made the original payment (or a parent/guardian where the student is under 18).

info@medibrainuk.co.uk and we will assess your situation fairly on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow the steps below:

Include your details
Provide your full name, the programme you enrolled on, the date of your first session, and the email address used at enrolment.

We confirm within 2 working days
Our team will acknowledge your request and confirm the refund is being processed. You do not need to provide a reason.

Refund processed
Your full refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of confirmation.
4. Refund Timelines
Once your refund request has been confirmed by MediBrain UK:
- Processing time: 5–10 working days from confirmation.
- Refund method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method only (debit card, credit card or bank transfer as applicable).
- Bank processing: Once issued by MediBrain UK, your bank or card provider may take a further 2–5 working days to credit the funds to your account, depending on your provider.
If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of confirmation, please contact us at info@medibrainuk.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.
5. Instalment Plans
Several MediBrain UK programmes are available on a 3-instalment payment plan. If you have paid by instalments and request a refund under the Session 1 Guarantee:
- The instalment(s) already paid at the time of the refund request will be refunded in full.
- Any future scheduled instalment payments will be cancelled immediately upon confirmation of the refund.
- You will not be charged any further amounts following a valid refund request.
If you are unsure which payment plan applies to your enrolment, check your enrolment confirmation email or contact us directly.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not covered by our refund policy:
- Sessions 2 onwards: Refunds are only available under the Session 1 Guarantee. After attending two or more sessions, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Private 1:1 sessions: Individual one-to-one coaching sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable. Unused 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 7).
- Digital resources and materials: Written resources, session recordings, guides and downloadable materials that have been shared or accessed are non-refundable.
- Third-party costs: Any costs incurred by you in connection with accessing our programmes (such as internet access, equipment, or travel to in-person events) are not refundable by MediBrain UK.
Exceptional circumstances: If you are unable to continue a programme after Session 1 due to a serious medical issue, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstance, please contact us. We will always try to find a fair solution, which may include a transfer to a future cohort, a partial credit, or in some cases a partial refund.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Group Programme Sessions
If you are unable to attend a scheduled group session, please notify us as soon as possible. All group sessions are recorded and shared with enrolled students after each session, so you will not miss out on the content.
Private 1:1 Sessions
- More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule a 1:1 session at no charge with more than 24 hours' notice.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate. The session will be considered used.
- No-show: If you do not attend a 1:1 session without prior notice, the session will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled without additional payment.
MediBrain UK Cancellations
In the rare event that MediBrain UK needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a rescheduled session or, where rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rata credit towards a future session.
8. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel a distance contract (such as an online enrolment) within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract (the "cooling-off period"), unless the service has already commenced with your agreement. Where you request that a programme begins before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, your right to cancel may be reduced proportionally to the services already provided.
