Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. For all-inclusive packages we offer flexible payment plans — typically a 50% deposit on booking and the balance before your first session. Speak to us during your free consultation and we'll work out an arrangement that suits your situation.

Is the free 30-minute consultation really free?

Completely. There is no charge, no obligation, and no pressure. The consultation exists so we can understand your profile, answer your questions honestly, and recommend the programme that actually fits — not the most expensive one. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.

What is the difference between the Group and 1:1 options?

Group programmes follow a structured curriculum with a small cohort of students — typically 4 to 8. They are more affordable and excellent for building foundations. 1:1 sessions are entirely around you: your schedule, your weak areas, your target schools. Many students combine both — group for the curriculum and 1:1 for targeted drilling.

Can I upgrade from an individual programme to an all-inclusive package?

Yes. If you start with an individual programme and later decide you want the full package, we credit the amount you have already paid against the package price. You never pay twice for the same service.

What if I don't improve after completing a UCAT programme?

We offer a score uplift guarantee on all UCAT programmes. If you complete the full programme and do not see a measurable improvement compared to your pre-programme baseline, we will provide additional coaching sessions at no charge until you do. Full details are confirmed at enrolment.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund after your first session if you are not completely satisfied — no questions asked, no admin fees. We want you to be confident in your coach and your programme before committing further. Simply let us know within 48 hours of that first session and we will process your refund in full.

Are sessions online or can I attend in person?

All sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams — live, interactive, and with screen sharing for practice questions and mock scenarios. This means we can work with students anywhere in the UK. We are Bolton-based and some in-person options may be available locally on request.
